Here's what's new:
EMEA and North America brands - Upcoming cutovers for aiStudio
We have tentatively identified dates for cutover of all custom flows in aiStudio. These will be as follows:
EMEA
- August 19, 2026, 8 p.m. British Standard Time: The freeze period begins. Refrain from making changes to existing flows and from creating new ones.
- August 20, 2026: Cutover of flows for all AI agents.
- August 21, 2026, 8 p.m. British Standard Time: The freeze period ends.
North America
- September 2, 2026, 7 a.m. Eastern Standard Time: The freeze period begins. Refrain from making changes to existing flows and from creating new ones.
- September 3, 2026: Cutover of flows for all AI agents.
- September 4, 2026, 7 a.m. Eastern Standard Time: The freeze period ends.
