Syntrix v1.7 - Featuring multi-CCaaS integrations
Major enhancements
Connect multiple contact centers to one Syntrix organization
A single Syntrix organization can now point at multiple contact center endpoints at the same time. If you run more than one contact center — across different vendors, or development and production accounts with the same vendor — you can consolidate simulation runs and reporting into one workspace instead of maintaining parallel Syntrix organizations for each. You also get to reuse the same synthetic customer assets, like scenarios and personas, across all of them.
Minor enhancements
Response speed is back in personas
You asked; we delivered. Set how quickly a synthetic customer using a persona replies to messages.
Stay tuned: If you want to speed up quick functional and regression tests, a future release will offer the ability to override the response speed for specific simulation runs.
Generative AI applications - Update on our initiative to migrate to Google Gemini
This is another update on LivePerson's initiative to migrate to Google Gemini models for our Conversational Cloud products using Generative AI.

EMEA brands: Upcoming cutovers for Conversation Builder Routing AI agents
Please be advised that we will cut over custom prompts in use by Conversation Builder Routing AI agents to Gemini on August 26, 2026.
➡️ Call to action: We encourage you to perform a review of all of your custom prompts and manually migrate them to Gemini before this cutover.
LivePerson Functions (FaaS) - Usage report now available in Data Transporter
What's changing?
Data Transporter now supports a new FaaS Usage report, giving you a clear summary of your account's FaaS (Functions-as-a-Service) activity, including:
- How many functions you have deployed
- How many invocations have succeeded and failed
This report is fully self-service, and you can configure it just like any other Data Transporter report — choosing how it runs, what format it's in, and where it's delivered.
What you can do
- Run it once or schedule it — Pull the data on demand, or set up recurring delivery (daily, weekly, etc.).
- Choose your file format — JSON, CSV, XLSX, or XML.
- Control encryption — Enable file encryption as needed.
- Pick your destination — Send the report to:
- Email — Get a formatted, easy-to-read summary in your inbox, in the same familiar format as past usage reports.
- S3
- Cloud
- HTTP Post
- Fine-tune with additional options available on the task setup screen.
Why this matters
Whether you want a quick one-time export, an automated recurring feed into your own systems, or a readable email summary, you now have full flexibility in how you consume FaaS usage data — all from within Data Transporter, without needing a separate process or manual pull.
How to set it up
1 - Got to Optimize > Data Transporter.
2 - Click Create Task.
3 - Select Data Category: Admin and Report Type: FaaS Usage.
4 - Choose how often you want it — Once or Schedule.
5 - Set File Encryption as needed.
6 - Choose your destination — Email, S3, Cloud, or HTTP Post — and add the required connection details.
7 - Configure any additional options.
8 - Click Create Task.
The benefits
- Stay informed automatically — No manual pulls or dashboard checks needed.
- Spot issues faster — Failed invocation counts are front and center, so problems don't go unnoticed.
- Consistent, familiar format — The email looks and reads the way past usage reports did, so there's nothing new to learn.
aiStudio - An updated user interface
LivePerson has made updates to the aiStudio interface, removing legacy features and consolidating workflows to deliver a streamlined user experience.
The following updates were introduced to aiStudio this summer:
- Simulations has been renamed to Batch Testing to clarify its purpose, following user feedback.
- Conversation Playground has been removed. To test conversations with your AI agents, use Test Flow directly in the flow. This lets you debug side-by-side with your agent definition.
- Conversation History has been removed. Transcripts for past conversations are available in Conversational Cloud. Conversations run in Test Flow are not stored, similar to Conversation Builder’s Preview feature.
- Knowledge (aiStudio's built-in knowledge base, previously available for experimental / testing purposes) has been removed in favor of the integration directly to KnowledgeAI.
