SkypeOut and SugarCRM
SkypeOut may be enabled if Skype or another program is opening when you are attempting to click to dial within SugarCRM. The following steps will disable SkypeOut:
- Open the admin settings.
- Scroll to the System section and open System Settings.
- Scroll to the SkypeOut section and uncheck the box next to Enable SkypeOut® integration.
- Test click to dial and see if Skype is still attempting to launch.
