CRM Integration-Specific Improvements
- Salesforce Integration:
- Case creation button now respects Lightning UI defaults
New Features:
- Extension Selection and Agent Status Control in UCM Integration
- Agents using the Cisco UCM integration can now select their extension at login and change their agent status. This capability has been implemented by leveraging Cisco Finesse APIs and custom code to extend functionality within the UCM environment.
- Finesse UCCX - Agent Status Feature – Status Mapping Auto-Provisioning Description
The Status Mapping Auto-Provisioning setting now includes an updated description for improved clarity: With this setting enabled, agent statuses update automatically. If a status is removed, users on it will go offline and may need to reload the page. Important: To avoid issues, please change agent statuses in your connected systems only after business hours.
