Maintenance Window Change
LivePerson are adjusting our scheduled system maintenance to enhance stability and minimize business impact.
What's Changing?
- Move from Sundays to Saturdays: Effective September 1st, 2025.
- Extended Window (NA & Europe): North America and Europe will see a one-hour extension to better align with APAC.
New Maintenance Windows (Local Time, Saturdays):
- North America: 01:00 – 06:00 ET
- Europe: 02:00 – 07:00 GMT
- APAC: 01:00 – 06:00 AEST
Why the Change?
- Enhanced Reliability: Saturday deployments allow for more monitoring and issue resolution before the business week begins.
- Optimized Timing: We've identified the lowest-volume periods on Saturdays to minimize disruption.
The LivePerson Support Policy has been updated to reflect the updated maintenance windows.
