Step-by-step instructions
Export Single Chart as CSV or PDF
You can export individual charts from a report in CSV or PDF format. Follow the steps below:
How to Export a Chart
- Open the Report Center and navigate to the report containing the chart you want to export.
- Locate the chart and click the export button in the top-right corner.
- Select your preferred export format: CSV or PDF.
CSV Export
- The CSV file will include all data points displayed in the chart visualization.
- The export will reflect any filters, dimensions, and measures applied to the chart in the Report Center.
- If exporting a table chart, the CSV will include all columns (dimensions and measures) in the same order and will capture all pages of the table.
PDF Export
The selected chart will be exported as a PDF file, maintaining its visual integrity (colors, labels, legends, and axes).
The header of the PDF will display:
- Dashboard Title (upper left)
- Chart Title (upper right)
For Table Charts:
- If the table contains more than seven columns (including dimension columns), it will be printed across two pages.
- When split across two pages, the dimension columns will be repeated for clarity.
Filter Summary:
A separate page in the PDF will include a Filter Summary, listing all filters applied to the report.
