Remote or log in to your Windows Server. Right click on UC-Config and select “Run as Administrator” This will bring up your Cloud Connect Server Configuration (aka GoConnect). Click on the “Refresh” button under the "Licensing Tab" 🚨 You must be able to access 172.67.197.174 and https://mondago.com from your Cloud Connect server. Also note that these steps are only necessary for our legacy cloud connect server which are versions 3.x and 2.x and older.
