General Improvements

We’ve made several enhancements to improve overall system performance, reliability, and user experience, specifically addressing changes introduced in the latest browser standards.

Fixed Issues

Chrome v146 SSO Compatibility Fix: Resolved a critical issue where users were unable to authenticate via Single Sign-On (SSO) following the Google Chrome v146 update. We have implemented Partitioned Storage (CHIPS) and updated our cookie handling to ensure seamless authentication within the new Chromium security framework.

The Status Mapping Auto-Provisioning setting now includes an updated description for improved clarity: With this setting enabled, agent statuses update automatically. If a status is removed, users on it will go offline and may need to reload the page. Important: To avoid issues, please change agent statuses in your connected systems only after business hours.
