All brands: New prompts are available
On the following dates, Gemini-optimized system prompts and custom prompts will be available for Routing AI agents built in Conversation Builder.
- May 2, 2026: EMEA and APAC regions
- May 3, 2026: North America region
Preview of the system prompts can begin if desired, and testing of your custom prompts can begin.
All brands: An important recommendation
We encourage you to avoid upcoming forced cutovers of custom prompts to Gemini by manually migrating to your Gemini-optimized custom prompt beforehand. Such prompts are not impacted by forced cutovers because they already use Gemini.
