North America brands: Reminder of upcoming cutover of prompts for Conversation Builder Routing AI agents
As first announced in our June 3, 2026 release notes, this is a reminder about the upcoming cutover to Gemini for system prompts for Conversation Builder Routing AI agents. This cutover will be performed on June 28, 2026.
EMEA brands: Reminder of upcoming cutover of prompts for Copilot Rewrite
As first announced in our June 17, 2026 release notes, this is a reminder about the upcoming cutover to Gemini for custom prompts for Copilot Rewrite. This cutover will be performed on June 28, 2026.
