North America brands: Reminder of upcoming cutovers of KnowledgeAI system prompts
As first announced in our June 3, 2026 release notes, this is a reminder about the upcoming cutovers to Gemini of system prompts for KnowledgeAI integrations in:
- Conversation Assist
- KnowledgeAI agents built in Conversation Builder
These cutovers will be performed on June 20, 2026.
EMEA and North America brands: Upcoming cutovers of Copilot Rewrite custom prompts
Please be advised of the following upcoming cutovers to Gemini of custom prompts for Copilot Rewrite:
- EMEA: June 28, 2026
- North America: July 12, 2026
