General improvements

• SUS-2285: Added ability to silence the ringer sound on incoming calls. This can be accomplished through the Tenfold App UI's Settings menu.
• SUS-2248: Fixed an issue where the Automatically Logged Out message does not disappear. This message will now hide after a successful login or when entering a username in the login form.
