Sync Users Filtering

Filter users during syncing with CRM

Enable and configure this feature if your organization requires multiple Tenfold tenants connected to the same CRM instance (if, for example you have multiple telephony systems). With Sync Users Filtering enabled, you can build filters to selectively sync users so that only the correct users are configured to use the Tenfold account.

Filter users during syncing

From the Tenfold Dashboard click Features.
Select Sync Users Filtering from the Feature list and enable.
Select Standard Field or Custom Field from the first menu.
If the Standard Field is selected, choose the Identifying Attribute from the second menu or if Custom Field is selected enter in the Identifying Attribute.
Enter the Identifying Value for the users in the CRM that are to be added or synced with the Tenfold Dashboard:
- Identifying Attribute: the field from the CRM’ User entity that contains the value used to identify the user
- Identifying Value: the value used to identify which users should be synced to the Tenfold Dashboard

Click Save.
Click Users in the top navigation of the Dashboard.

Click Synchronize users to add and sync users from the CRM to the Tenfold dashboard.
