Work with your LivePerson representative to enable Copilot Rewrite for your account.
Access the self-service configuration
1 - In Conversational Cloud, click Manage > Management Console.
2 - Search for "rewrite," and select it from the results.
3 - Click Proceed to configure.
4 - Scroll down to the Configuration section.

Assign and update prompts
You can add different Rewrite prompts for various skill sets:
Click the "eye" icon to open the Prompt library to update/modify prompts.
Test prompts
You can add and update prompts via the Prompt Library. To verify the output, go to the Test and Tune section and expand it.
- Select the prompts.
- Enter sample text in the text box.
- Click "Run Test."The results will be displayed in the results section.
Limit rewrite requests per message
You can configure the number of times that an agent can ask for a message to be rewritten (original request plus retries). By default, it's 3. Select a number from 1 to 3.
Disable Copilot Rewrite for a profile
You can disable (hide) the Rewrite magic wand on a profile basis:
- Click Manage > Users & Skills, click the Profiles tab.
- Turn off the "Use Copilot Rewrite" permission for the Agent profile or Agent Manager profile.
