Getting any help From this company

Hello, Does anyone else have issues trying to get someone to help resolve issues? I am so tired of not being able to get assistance for any issues and we have not been able to access our IVR deflection for months!!! They built our bots, continuously do not reply to requests for training sessions and the customer service is not helping answer our questions.
