Thoughts on "Industry Best Practices" section?

The industry best practices section is meant to be verticalized content, but looks like we need to do a lot of work to flesh it out still.

I know of some decks from last year that could be used, but also could see a benefit of making this more generic or having a generic section for Ops and Conversation Design.

As of now, I put general best practices and princples for CxD in the "getting started" and CGP Phase 1 section, but it seems like that content could also fit within "industry best practices" as well. WDYT @wmills @blamm @Sue and others?

    @mschultz - Agreed on where I placed my content as well. I think we need to be cautious about industry best practices because it will require thoughtful research as to what the industry as a whole is doing. For example, if you are a Bank, what are your best practices for CD and Ops .. that speaks to the industry vs. the craft. Or applying the craft (industry itself) to the vertical aligned with the CGPs … or maybe this is where others ask the qustion "What's the best practice for xyz, in this vertical, LOB or industry?" and the community responds?
