Description: On community.liveperson.com, users can message anyone directly within the community. While this feature can enhance user engagement, it may also raise concerns related to privacy and abuse.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to community.liveperson.com.
2. Access the messaging feature.
3. Attempt to send a message to any user within the community.

Expected Behavior: Users should have control over who can send them messages, with options to manage privacy settings, block or report unwanted messages, and prevent abuse.

Actual Behavior: Users can message anyone directly without restrictions, which may lead to privacy concerns, unsolicited messages, or potential abuse/spam.

Recommended Solution:

1. Implement Privacy Controls: Allow users to manage who can message them, with options to receive messages only from friends, connections, or everyone.
2. Provide Blocking and Reporting Options: Enable users to block or report unwanted or abusive messages.
3. Enhance Moderation: Introduce moderation tools to detect and prevent spam or inappropriate content.
