Can't change profile avatars

As stated in the title, looking to edit the profile image on my account and there are no options to choose an existing avatar or upload my own.

    We've confirmed that others are able to update their profile icon. This only appears to affect you and a limited number of other users. We've reported this to the vendor and will respond when there is a fix.

    I have the exactly the same issue.
    Feedback around the change picture process - I intuitively want to click on the circle to change my photo, like on most other sites. Not sure if it's not working because of this issue or just the design of the site but you should be able to click on the photo and change it from there, rather than going into the profile settings. :)
