I’d like to suggest adding a new section to the message board focused on creative idea swapping for solving common business pain points through LivePerson. The idea is to create a dedicated space where members can share unconventional approaches to challenges they face and collaborate on innovative solutions.

The section could focus on Pain Point Sharing. Members could post about specific challenges their businesses are facing. This would be a great opportunity for companies to swap ideas that aren't typically found in playbooks or standard practices, but have proven effective.

Some example topics could include:
