Very tech centric
I feel like the articles that are easier to find are very tech heavy. It'd be nice to see more things from an operator's lens. I have worked with my tech guy for years, and there's still a disconnect at times (or fights over terminology). Bridging the gap would be helpful to get teams on the same page.

Add companies to profile
As a community it would be cool to easily see what companies are represented. There's a lot of cool things happening out in the wild, being able to collaborate - or just to give kudos to someone would increase the feeling of community.
