Very tech centric

I feel like the articles that are easier to find are very tech heavy. It'd be nice to see more things from an operator's lens. I have worked with my tech guy for years, and there's still a disconnect at times (or fights over terminology).
Bridging the gap would be helpful to get teams on the same page.

    Hi Mason. I agree with this comment. We will work to incorporate more content for all disciplines and roles now and in the future. Stay tuned for other developments such as persona based content where you could choose your persona and link directly to content specific to that role.
