Screen Grab View within documents

I love the zoom features on the screen grabs! Just a few additional callouts: ensuring consistency in size would help, as I've included a screenshot of a smaller zoomed screen grab that was a bit difficult to see. Another recommendation is using the lighter view option in Conversation Cloud, as it's easier to view and is being incorporated into updated training materials for that reason.
