Additional User Groups
Is there a plan to have User Groups for things outside of geographic location and vertical? Other suggestions would be for technology or goals the brands have and are seeking best practices or discussion on how to achieve, i.e. Generative AI, Workforce Management, Generating Volume Growth, Increasing Revenue, etc.

Back arrow should return to original home
Clicking on the back arrow when you are at the top of the content tree should return to the original home or start page for the content. I'm finding that clicking on the back button is pushing me to another piece of content somewhere in the tree.

Opening of new tabs
Many areas of the site open new tabs when clicked on, i.e. Training & Certification, News, etc. This is a distraction as well as the user will get lost in the journey and likely frustrated in where they are or where to find something. Work to incorporate the content in the Community site instead of going out of site.

Suggest updating the header to only use 'Community' in one place. Perhaps title the second 'Community' as 'Discussion'.
