This section blinks and is unusable when the browser is not in full screen mode. I typically have windows cover 2/3 of the screen with 1/3 for a zoom - with that set up i would not be able to search the page

Have the page after the search function group "sections" Example when searching for "onboarding" you get a wide range of topics. To have the ability to look at top level categories like "Social" "Live Engage" this will allow users to filter down to more specific groups of information that they searched for.

Provide a notice/indication/awareness if a user has already UPVOTED an idea. Currently, it is hard to tell based on the system setup if I have already selected to UPVOTE an idea topic. I then have to click to UPVOTE, which will either UPVOTE or remove my already existing UPVOTE.
When submitting a new Idea thread, the title bar would search other discussion items to avoid doing a duplicate post.

Ability to upload a customer picture under you profile and re-align so that the picture can be centered and show appropriately on the site.
Add a SELECT ALL button under the Pop-up and Email columns under the notification preferences. This would prevent the user from having to manually select all of the preferences in each row, and can just opt into everything if they choose.
