Saving Drafts Without Title and Description

Description: When creating or editing a post, if the title and description are removed and the Save Draft button is clicked, the draft is saved without any title or body in the user's draft section. This can lead to incomplete drafts being saved, which may be confusing for users.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to community.liveperson.com.
  2. Start creating a new post or editing an existing one.
  3. Remove the content from the title and description fields.
  4. Click the Save Draft button.
  5. Navigate to the user's draft section.
  6. Observe that the draft is saved without a title or body.

Expected Behavior: The system should prevent saving a draft without a title and description. The Save Draft button should be disabled until both fields contain content.

Actual Behavior: The draft is saved without a title and description, resulting in incomplete drafts in the user's draft section.
