Ability to Create New Posts Without a Description

Description: Users are able to create new idea posts without providing a description. This lack of input validation allows for incomplete posts, which can affect the quality of content on the platform.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to community.liveperson.com.
2. Start creating a new Idea.
3. Leave the description field empty.
4. Click the Save button to publish the post.
5. Observe that the post is created and published without a description.

Expected Behavior: The system should require users to provide a description before allowing them to publish a new post. The Save button should be disabled if the description field is empty.

Actual Behavior: Users can publish new posts without a description, resulting in incomplete posts.
