I am seeking training for our bots, need to be shown how to edit options that were created for our company. as well as training around updating knowledge bases. We have two bots, is there a way to copy updates to both?

    We can help you with this by setting up a session for you to review the basics. Please let me know which of the following times next week would work for you (All Times Eastern):

    Tuesday, 11Feb from 9 am to 1:30 pm

    Wednesday, 12Feb from 9 am to 1:30 pm

    Thursday, 13Feb from 9 am to 1:30 pm

    Let me know if a 1 hour slot within those ranges works for you and we will set it up.
