Can we get Report Center to open in a new window?

One of the best things about MCS toolkit is that it opens in a new tab and doesn't take you away from whatever you are currently working on.
I feel like Report Center doing the same would be such a better experience.
I still primarily use MCS toolkit for this reason alone.

    It's not possible at this time but I know this has been highlighted to the product group as some users find it beneficial to have 2 windows side by side.

    Hi @Mason , As a temporary workaround until we officially support this, please try this: right-click on the Conversational Cloud browser tab header and then click 'Duplicate'. Then, on the duplicated tab, open Report Center from the Navigation Bar. You should now be able to use both tabs.

    Exact behaviour may depend on your browser, and not all components of Conversational Cloud may allow for simultaneous active tabs, but this should suffice in the meantime. Let us know if this helps!
