Improve the reading and navigating experience in your articles
In the articles section, it would provide a better experience if clicking on the images made them larger on the same page instead of opening in a new tab, as switching between tabs can easily distract the user's attention by having to navigate between two tabs.
The same thing happens with the components of each stage of the conversational growth, why open it in another tab if it could be added as a dropdown to see the different options?
To use a whole page to list some options feels…unnecessary.
In the technical guides & information section, it would be better, in this case, if clicking on one of the articles, for example: Messaging AI > Conversation Assist, opened it in a new tab. This way, the user always has the option to close this tab if they chose the wrong option or if they want to navigate the directory at the same time, you'd be saving the user having to right-click to open in a new tab.
Also, adding a bit of margin above the article would be ideal. The breadcrumbs are hardly noticeable, and it feels cluttered. It gives me a sense of discomfort or lack of organization when each element doesn't have its own assigned space. Similarly, the margin before starting the reading is important, especially if the title is aligned with the sidebar and the content bar. Each element should be clearly defined to avoid creating an overwhelming feeling.
