The sort worked well, but it might be nice to have the following SORT enhancements:

SORT by MOST UPVOTES

If I am looking in the discussion threads to view potential product enhancements and see what other customers are requesting, I would like to see what ticket(s) have the most UPVOTES so I can add my UPVOTE and know that other customers are asking/requesting something that I feel is important as well.
