Conversational Growth Paths - Feedback regarding the content
I find the Conversational Growth Path content relatively easy to follow and very insightful. It seems to provide great step-by-step instructions. However, I find it confusing that under each of the steps there is a section with the 4 buckets: Channels, Capabilities, Operations Consideration & Design Considerations.
I find it confusing that under each of the steps/phases that these sections (with the same names) all navigate to different URL pages of FAQ content/instructions. It might be more helpful if the links drop you into related content, but ALL "Channels" content is nested together, and all "Capabilities" content is nested together, etc. And then the links below drop you into sub-pages/content from the parent section of "Channels" or "Capabilities", etc.
It was a big confusing, and felt a little like a click farm, when you go through the steps/phases and you click links, but then it is hard to determine where you came from and where in the process you left off.
