New user ease of use search - easy identifiers

When searching for things such as KPI metrics or other tools with less technical/ direct names such as "analytic studio" or "report center" it is hard to identify what articles will give a NEW user what they are looking for without a baseline level of knowledge.

Would it be possible to expand the key word results as well identify a way to for new users to understand the top level use of the tool/ artical?
