Provide indication regarding UPVOTES

Provide a notice/indication/awareness if a user has already UPVOTED an idea.

Currently, it is hard to tell based on the system setup if I have already selected to UPVOTE an idea topic. I then have to click to UPVOTE, which will either UPVOTE or remove my already existing UPVOTE.
