Lack of Distinct Downvote Icon Below Each Post

Description: Below each post, there is an upvote icon. However, the same icon is used for downvoting as well, and there is no separate icon for downvoting. This can lead to confusion among users about how to downvote a post.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to community.liveperson.com.
2. Scroll to the bottom of any post.
3. Observe the upvote icon.
4. Attempt to find a distinct downvote icon.

Expected Behavior: There should be a distinct downvote icon below each post, separate from the upvote icon, to clearly indicate the downvote functionality.

Actual Behavior: The same icon is used for both upvoting and downvoting, and there is no separate downvote icon.

Recommended Solution:

1. Add Downvote Icon: Introduce a distinct downvote icon below each post, separate from the upvote icon.
2. Update UI: Ensure that both upvote and downvote icons are clearly visible and distinguishable from each other.
