We would love to see a report that can break down, by skill, when the chat button is NOT available on our website. That way we can also start to see times when we could bump up staffing to meet a greater need that we currently don't have visibility into. These reports are not currently available, but would prove to be more helpful than most of the reports that LP currently has available.
Any chance we could get an "unavailability" report?
