Biography:: I joined LivePerson in 2005, as a technical support engineer. I then moved to the Small Business department early in 2006 and quickly took over technical and innovation lead in the SB team. Over the years I filled several technical roles on the small business field team, while also leading innovation initiatives in the small business market, and making sure there is a constant flow of ideas and requirements between Labs and the actual market. I recently took a job in the LP Chat team as Solutions Manager, with a tight focus on the small business and mid-sized business market. On a more personal note, I live in the suburbs of Tel-Aviv (specifically Tzoran) with my amazing wife and our 4 dogs (and very soon our twins). We are both avid animal-rights activists, and use most of our free time to aid those who cannot speak for themselves.
