Biography:: I started working in LivePerson after receiving my BSc. in Computer Science within QA in 2006. After several years I branched out into Technical Support to lead technical initiatives within LivePerson the latest being our new Agent Console. Addicted to jogging, an avid basketball player and a father to the worlds most amazing daughter!
